Do you want to take your facilitation skills to the next level? Would knowing how to elicit more information from your clients be beneficial to your processes?
As facilitators, it’s often not the knowledge we bring, it’s the knowledge we help elicit that makes the difference.
In this session, you will learn how to help your clients gain deeper insights into their situation and help them get beyond the surface stories that hold them back. We will use the VisualsSpeak ImageSet as a way to take people past their surface level stories and concentrate on the different stages of questioning needed to help people go deeper and come up with new levels of awareness.
This training is appropriate for people who work with individuals and groups

• Getting beyond the stories that are always told
• Discerning what makes effective questions for each stage of the process
o Developing initial framing questions
o Transitioning questions that deepen the conversation
o Debriefing questions to uncover more insights
Your Trainer
Christine Martell is the principal and creator of VisualsSpeak®. She has over twenty years of training and facilitation experience to assist you in developing your skills. She is a much sought after presenter and has brought the VisualsSpeak Approach to thousands of individuals.
Christine received her BFA from the Rhode Island School of Design. She developed VisualsSpeak while earning her Masters of Education degree from Portland State University. Christine has a passion for group process and looks forward to sharing her expertise with you.
